Terms and Conditions
We do not manufacture the garments used for printing, therefore we are NOT responsible for factory defects such as holes, fraying or variances in cut or color.
We order the garments as needed for your order, no extra stock is kept on hand. Because of this, every order is subject to a 2%-5% underage. For example, if 40 shirts are ordered, we are allowed to short the order by 2 shirts. Such shortages would be due to misprints, garment defects or other mistakes. We will of course do our absolute best to avoid any mistakes, but we are human and life happens. If you need the exact amount of tees you ordered, it is suggested to order extra of each size.
We often use discharge inks when printing on dark garments. Due to the nature of this ink there may be slight to moderate color variances from print to print. The same style garment can come from different countries, dye lots and factories. Therefore, we cannot predict how the discharge ink will react to each piece.
Discharge inks are considered to be safe, however it is recommended to wash discharge printed garments before wearing them. Discharge ink contains an activation chemical called ZFS (Zinc Formaldehyde Sulfate). Most of this chemical is burned off during the shirts curing process, but there may be a residual amount remaining on the garment. Washing will ensure that all activation chemicals have been released from the garment. Read more about inks here
